Do you provide bouncy castle hire outside of Dartford, Bexley and other areas of South East London?

If you're outside of our normal delivery areas, it's difficult to tell if we'll be able to help you out. We might be busy on the day, or the cost of your booking may mean that it isn't cost-effective or time-effective to deliver our inflatables to you. If you are outside of Dartford, Bexley or the surrounding areas but you've found the right product for your party on our website, please contact us to find out more.

Can I hire a Beyond Bounce Inflatable in bad weather?

We at Beyond Bounce would never want a special occasion to be ruined by bad weather however if there are extreme weather conditions i.e. heavy showers or high winds unfortunately we cannot provide an inflatable because of the risk to you & your guests as inflatables become very slippery when wet. Our castles do have fitted shower covers so light showers are not a problem.

Are your bouncy castles safe?

All of our equipment is tested and certificated by PIPA and RPII. We are also members of BIHA.

Are you covered by insurance for halls and other premises?

We are covered with £5 million of public liability insurance with FML.

Do I agree to your terms by booking?

Yes, by placing an order—whether online, by phone, or email—you agree to our terms and conditions, entering into a contract with us.

Can I book online?

Yes, you can book online, and the availability of equipment will be displayed. Note that delivery times are not specified until we confirm the booking.

Do I need permission for the venue?

Yes, please ensure you have all necessary permissions from landowners, venues, or councils before booking. Copies of these permissions should be available on request.

Are you VAT registered?

Yes, our VAT registration number is 388 498 126. VAT is included for private hires, but businesses and organisations incur an additional 20% VAT.

What are your delivery and collection times?

Standard delivery times are between 7–11 AM, with collections beginning from 5 PM. During winter, collections start from 4 PM.

Can I specify a delivery time?

We try to accommodate specific times for venue hires, but home bookings are delivered within our standard time frame.

Do you offer overnight hire?

Yes, overnight hire is available for an additional fee. For security, the equipment must remain inflated and supervised in a secure area.

Who sets up the equipment?

Our team will handle the delivery, inspection, and setup of all equipment. Once set up, the equipment is your responsibility until collection.

What if the equipment gets damaged?

As the hirer, you are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment during the hire period.

Are there specific space requirements?

Yes, adequate access is necessary, especially for larger items, which may require direct vehicle access or a minimum width of 1m.

What happens if there’s a delay in delivery or collection?

While we aim to be prompt, unforeseen circumstances like traffic may cause delays. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

What should I do if there’s an issue with the equipment?

Report any faults or breakdowns immediately, and do not use the equipment until we confirm it is safe.

What power sources do I need? Most equipment requires a standard household 13-amp socket. If a power source is more than 50m away, a petrol blower may be necessary for an additional charge.

Do you provide insurance?

We carry public liability insurance for our equipment, but this does not cover users. We advise customers to have their own insurance.

How do I cancel my booking?

Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours, or upon arrival, will incur the full booking fee.

What happens if I'm unhappy with the service?

If you have any concerns, contact us during the event, and we’ll do our best to address them promptly.

What time will you arrive?

We are very flexible & will do our best to supply the castle as & when you require it. Garden Deliveries are usually anytime between the hours of 7am-11 and all collections are from 5pm. If you are booking a Venue or a Hall we will be there for the times you have requested.

Do you provide overnight hire?

Yes, our overnight hire charge is an additional £30. We can only hire overnight if the castle is in a secure garden.

How long does it take to set up a bouncy castle?

It takes approximately 20 minutes to set up or pack away.

Can I collect an inflatable from you & set it up myself?

No, unfortunately this is not allowed due to insurance & safety reasons.

How do I make a booking?

Please contact us contact us or fill out our booking form in order to make a booking.

Do you give discounts?

Yes, we give discounts if you hire multiple castles with us.

How do I pay?

Please pay with cash on the day of hire or you can pay online using our secure Stripe system.

Do I have to prepare the area that the bouncy castle will be located on?

Please ensure that the area is big enough for the product you have chosen and that the delivery route on the day is clear. Also, please make sure the area that the inflatable will be set up on is clear of rubbish, stones and any dog, fox or animal mess. The last thing we want is to let you down and we will always do our best to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible.

Delivery Policy

If you would like to find out how much it costs to your area, then simply select the product you want and choose your delivery area through the drop-down menu. If you can't see your preferred delivery area in our list, then please contact us! We are based in Dartford, so we can deliver to much of London and Kent.

If we have to cancel your delivery, we will aim to contact you at the earliest possible opportunity to see if we can come to a compromise with you. This may involve arranging an alternative product, a discount, or choosing a different date. Although cancelled deliveries are rare, they may occur in cases of bad weather, illness or vehicle failure.
