Great service! Benny was very polite and set up the night club and showed me how to use it. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Thankyou Beyond Bounce!! I used u guys for a surprise 'nightclub' party for my daughters 13th & it was a huge hit! I ordered the VIP package & she felt just like that, a VIP. Beny & another man (sorry, didnt catch the name) came & set it up for me & they were both brilliant, their customer service was 10/10, made me feel very comfortable, listened to my suggestions & were incredibly friendly yet professional. Communication with the owner of Beyond Bounce has been superb. Thankyou again!

We rented the bouncy castle for our toddler’s birthday party and it was an absolute hit! The kids were entertained for hours—it was safe, clean, and just the right size for little jumpers. Setup and takedown were super quick, and the staff was friendly and professional. Highly recommend for any kids’ party—you’ll be the hero of the day!

Beyond Bounce supplied the bluey bouncy castle of my 4 year old's dreams! So fast to set up and take down, our driver was so friendly and was there waiting for us when we arrived! Can't fault it, will be using them for every party for sure

First time I’ve hired a bouncy castle and I can’t complain at all. Messages to confirm date, times and venue area was all polite. Delivery was very prompt, very quick and again he was very polite too.
Children loved the bouncy castle. Glad the weather held out as being outside I was very worried.

Fantastic! Good communication in the build up, booking was easy, the guys arrived to set up on time and couldn’t have been more helpful and the bouncy castle was fab! Don’t overlook the ride-on rollercoaster as an add-on too- it went down so well, the children loved it!

I booked the Penalty Shoot Out at short notice, but the booking process was simple and easy to complete. They arrived with it on the day at the arranged time, very quickly set it up and were friendly and helpful, putting it in the perfect position in our garden. Also collection the following day was a bonus as we kept it overnight. Overall a really good product that the kids really enjoyed, well worth the cost.

Had an LOL Surprise bouncy castle for my daughters birthday party. The kids loved it! Customer service was excellent, the bouncy castle arrived on time and in excellent condition. He even went above and beyond to help us secure party backdrop as it was a slightly windy day.

The Weather looked to be rubbish on the day we had a bouncy castle booked for my daughters birthday party, Chris phoned us the day before to arrange some possible alternatives for inside, he offered us the interactive Cones for the same price as the bouncy castle we had originally booked. Honestly I'm so glad the weather turned out so rubbish!! as I've never seen a bunch of kids have so much fun! The cones kept them entertained all day and even the adults joined in too.

The games were super addictive and had us in hysterics!

Lovely friendly company and would definitely use them again, very highly recommended.

absolutely incredible service, it was so lovely meeting Chris! we was behind on turning up and he just got on with setting up for us! we had the luxury princess package with the speaker and the slush machine and every thing was absolutely amazing! the slush went down a treat! all the equipment and castles were clean tidy and in great condition we had such a lovely day, and will definitely be using you for the future

Great friendly service. The princess package was gorgeous and immaculate and the mascot costumes were extremely well kept and clean. Delivery ,set up and pack away was speedy and efficient. 5 star equipment, service and price with very helpful staff. We hired the two Disco Bouncy Castles for our daughter's 6th birthday. She and her friends had a great time bouncing and dancing along to our music with the fab built in Bluetooth speakers and laser lights. Cannot recommend them enough and looking forward to the summer when we can get one outside in the garden for our son's birthday.

I hired the all stars bouncy castle for my son's 1st birthday. The castle was delivered on time and the 2 men who delivered it were very friendly and professional. Thank you to Beyond Bounce for providing us with a Bouncy Castle for 4 weeks at our Holiday Scheme this summer! The children/Young people absolutely love it.
