We've been reviewing our operations to make sure we're providing the bouncy castle hire service people expect in this time of hyper-vigilance over the coronavirus pandemic. We're pulling out all the stops to make sure that our operations are as clean and hygienic as possible, and that we can stay as distanced as reasonably possible without impacting on the services we offer.
Just some of the services we're offering to enable people to hire bouncy castles in as safe a manner as we can include:
Full online payments and contactless delivery
No matter what you hire from us, we can arrange full payment online, so you don't have to hand over cash to our delivery drivers and operators or accept any change. For example, if you booked out one of our Interactive Play inflatables, we would take full payment before the date of your event, and then do everything possible to facilitate a totally socially-distanced delivery. This might involve asking you to provide access to the location of your event before our scheduled delivery time, such as by leaving your garden gate open, as well as ensuring we have access to an electricity supply when required.
PPE and hygiene products supplied to staff
We've also supplied all staff members with face masks, gloves and hand hygiene products, so they can make sure their hands are clean when they're handling your products and that the risk of spreading illnesses such as coronavirus are minimised.
Fully-sanitised party products
We're also adhering to best practice when it comes to cleaning and sanitising our inflatables. We are using disinfectants that are shown to kill the coronavirus, and to be extra-careful, we are putting a buffer period between inflatable rental periods to ensure the virus does not have a hospitable place to live.
