Simply, how does it work?
Book this package online with nothing to pay, we will arrange a site visit to make sure access and surface types are acceptable for the equipment we will bring. Around 1 month before event is due to start we will make and supply various posters and leaflets for you PTA / organisation to distribute and sell tickets, once a ticket has been sold, keep a record of this as teachers can give out wristbands on the day as leaving class which we will supply you with. Our prices for 2021 are £9 a wristband and are completely including all our attractions into this price, even the bumper cars so there are no hidden costs.
A little more detail please?
Sure, Sounds good so far right? well it gets even better, for your hard work selling those tickets and getting those wristbands distributed, we'll give you a percentage of the sales. We wont include our staff costs just the cost of a generator will be deducted first which is vital to run everything safely, this is around £250.
Prices are based on weekdays for up to a 4 hour period.
- Under 249 wristbands sold at £9 each wristband. You will receive 5%
- Over 250 wristbands sold at £9 each wristband. You will receive 10%
- Over 500 wristbands sold at £9 each wristband. You will receive 20%
- Over 750 wristbands sold at £9 each wristband. You Will receive 25%
- Wrist bands can also be sold at the event on the day at a cost of £10 (of which you will receive 10%) for which we will supply a member of the team to sell them if required.
No event is complete without Ice cream, Hot Dogs and Slush which we will bring specialist catering trailers of which you will have the same percentage which applies to the tickets.
A typical primary school of around 500 children could potentially raise £900 for future school events or projects, where we have had successful events we have also done 2 more days in the summer holidays.
What kind of equipment will you bring?
Simply the best only, there is no other company that would match what we have to offer, everything you see is in the pictures will be included plus more! Typically we bring between 12-14 separate attractions, this is no small task, We will need good drive-able access to your field and 2-3 hours to setup.
